General
1. By signing the registration form and/or confirming your booking, you agree that the (email) confirmation and/or the registration form, together with these Terms and Conditions, constitutes a contract between you and us (Worldwide Success Partners, Wethouder de Greeflaan 11, 3455SB Haarzuilens, the Netherlands).

2. Please check that the details in these Terms and Conditions and (if applicable) on the registration form are complete and correct before you commit to the contract. If you believe there has been a mistake, please ensure that you ask us to confirm any changes in writing, as we only accept responsibility for statements and representations made in writing by our authorized employees and agents.

3. Make sure you read and understand these terms and conditions before signing and submitting the registration form.
 
Compensation and payment terms.
4. You must pay us in consideration for the program:
(a) The full fee when you sign the registration form without set-off, deduction or counterclaim; or
b) You must pay each installment to us in full and without setoff or deduction, the terms of which are set forth in the registration form.

5. If you fail to comply with the payment terms in clause 4(a) or 4(b), we reserve the right to suspend this Agreement and your rights under it until payment is made.

Intellectual property
6. All intellectual property rights developed and used in the conduct of the programs, including but not limited to Wilderness Warrior Program, The BIG Walk, Safari Leadership Experience, Wilderness Leadership Program, Ladies in Leadership program, are the property of Worldwide Success Partners.

7. In conducting the program for you, rights to intellectual property will not be transferred or assigned to you, and title to all such intellectual property will remain with Worldwide Success Partners.

8. You may use such materials only for personal and educational purposes. You may not;
(a) modify Our intellectual property or the materials; or
b) Copy or reproduce the content of the program, services or materials; or
c) Sell or make available the intellectual property or materials to any third party.
 

Copyright
All images, text and other materials posted on this site are subject to copyrights owned by Worldwide Success Partners and protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction, retransmission, distribution or republication of all or any part of images, text programs and other material on this site is expressly prohibited unless Worldwide Success Partners as the copyright owner of the material has expressly granted its prior written permission . All other rights reserved. This site is intended to be maintained in a manner consistent with copyright laws. Accordingly, users may not post or upload copyrighted material to this site unless the copyright owner of the material has expressly granted its prior written permission for such submission.
 

Termination & Refunds.
9. The contract between you and us will automatically terminate upon completion of delivery of the program you have booked with us on the registration form or by written (email) confirmation in accordance with the contract.

10. You may terminate this contract in writing within fourteen (14) business days of the effective date without liability (“Cancellation Period”) by delivering or sending us a written notice of termination (including electronic mail) via email: info@worldwidesuccesspatrners.com (“Cancellation Notice”). We will refund to you all or part of any amounts you have paid to us in accordance with the agreed terms under this Agreement. If a refund is due from us to you, we will process it within 15 business days.

11. If you terminate the contract after the cooling off period, there will be no refunds on monies received and we will charge you according to the following cancellation policy:
a. Up to 16 weeks before the program starts: 25% of the full amount will be charged.
b. From 16 weeks to 10 weeks prior to the program start date; A 40% fee will be charged.
c. From 10 weeks to 6 weeks before the program start date; 60% will be charged.
d. From 6 weeks to 31 days before the program start date; 70% will be charged.
e. Less than 30 days before the program start date; 100% will be charged.

12. If you terminate the contract after the event has started, no refunds will be made.

Immigration and visa requirements.
13. You remain fully responsible for ensuring that you are fully aware of and comply with the current immigration laws and visa requirements of the country you plan to visit. Worldwide Success Partners cannot assist in this regard. 
Please contact your preferred travel agency or local government for further assistance.
 

Disclaimer & Indemnification
I, the undersigned, hereby indemnify Worldwide Success Partners and all local program providers hired by them and all employees, agents or assigns of Worldwide Success Partners and/or the local program providers against death, injury or illness incurred or suffered by myself, or theft, loss or damage to property in my possession during the program conducted by Worldwide Success Partners in conjunction with their local program providers or any employees, agents or assigns of Worldwide Success Partners and/or the local program providers, from any cause whatsoever and whether it resulted from the negligence of Worldwide Success Partners and/or the local program providers or any employees, agents or assigns of Worldwide Success Partners and local program providers.
 
I further acknowledge that the wilderness camp is not fenced and is located in an area where potentially dangerous animals roam freely. I, the undersigned, hereby indemnify Worldwide Success Partners and/or the local program providers and all employees, agents or assigns of Worldwide Success Partners and/or the local program providers against death, injury or loss suffered or sustained by myself, whether on foot or in vehicles, because of the conduct of these wild animals. I further acknowledge that the program takes place in a malaria-endemic area and that I have been advised to take anti-malarial measures. I acknowledge that any medical expenses incurred will be at my own expense.
I further acknowledge that if I participate in the use of illegal drugs, I will be asked to leave the program immediately with no provision for a refund of program fees. If I drink alcohol, I undertake to do so in a responsible and regulated manner and should I, as determined by the training instructors, disturb or interfere with other participants or staff due to overconsumption of alcohol, I may be asked to leave the program immediately, without provision for refund of program fees. I further undertake to always comply with any reasonable order, command, request or demand that may be made to me in the interest of my own personal safety or the safety of others in whose company I may find myself, at any stage of the program by any employee, agent or assigned person of Worldwide Success Partners and/or the local program providers.
 
Force Majeure
If the performance or performance referred to in this agreement is prevented or cancelled due to a force majeure, unavoidable accident, fire, power failure, flood or any other calamity, or as a result of strikes, lockouts or other events beyond the direct control of all parties, the organizer may at its option and without discussion postpone the performance from the original performance date.
 
Other
1. All communications should be made to the address indicated on the registration form or in the written (email) confirmation (Article 10 of the General Conditions).

2. Failure or delay in exercising any power or right of a party shall not constitute a waiver of that power or right, nor shall a single exercise of a power or right preclude another or further exercise thereof; or the exercise of any other power or right. A power or right may only be waived in writing, signed by the party bound by the waiver.

3. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, unenforceable or in violation of any rule, statute, ordinance or regulation, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

4. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. All prior understandings, agreements or commitments are suspended.

5. No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any rights under or in connection with any claims arising out of the performance of the program.

6. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law and you and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

7. No provision of the contract affects your legal rights.
